2. How does SunSense One work?
Answer: ONE has a display for easy and quick reading of the accumulated UV dose. It also provides audio signals as the dose increases. The display shows UV intensity as 1 -5 bars. For example, 3 bars will indicate the UV radiation is strong. The digits starting at 0.0 is your personal, accumulated UV-dose.
3. What do the numbers mean for ONE?
Answer: The display shows the total radiation dose achieved at any time. This figure is crucial for when you are in danger of getting sunburn. The stronger the sun (UV index), the faster your overall UV dose will increase. For example, if you get 2 hours of exposure when the UV force is low (UV index 1-2), the display will show a total radiation dose of 2 - 4. For each integer: 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, etc., the device givea a beep to remind you to check the achieved UV dose.

Answer: The SunSense app contains an advanced UV dose calculator, sunscreen recommendations and many other useful features. The app can easily be downloaded to iPhone and Android phones. The app calculates your daily maximum UV dose based on information about your skin color, age, sensitivity to sun exposure and UV index where you are at any given time.
